FTSI Promotes Jill Gongora to Senior VP

FEB. 19, 2016 – Monrovia, CA - FTSI is pleased to announce Jill Gongora has been promoted to Senior Vice President. In her new role, Jill will be responsible for all Sales efforts going forward and all Sales Team members will report directly to her. 

“Jill’s the natural fit to lead our Sales Team,” says Susan Napier, FTSI CEO & President. “She has the institutional knowledge and the kinds of relationships with our customers that you need to excel in a position like this.” 

Jill moves into the position being vacated by Dan Miller who will be returning to NCR to continue to support FTSI on the product side.

“She has great attention to detail and her ability to adapt to any situation is something customers have come to trust,” says Mike Wilson, COO.

That trust has been built up from the ground floor. Jill began her FTSI career as a Call Center Manager in 2009. Executive leadership quickly recognized Jill’s value and promoted her to Director of Operations two years later and then to Vice President in 2012.
