Lisa Huertas rejoins FTSI as Chief Strategy Officer to oversee strategic initiatives.
FTSI, the largest independent provider of branch and digital transformation solutions for financial institutions, announced today that it has appointed Lisa Huertas as the company’s Chief Strategy Officer.

For the past 20 years, Lisa has served the financial industry in a variety of leadership roles that include: Co‐founder of a successful financial institution design and development firm, Vice President of a banking compliance company, strategic consultant as the Vice President of Emerging Markets in the financial space, and most recently as Chief eXperience Officer for a technology forward credit union. Lisa has worked with hundreds of bank and credit union leadership teams to understand and develop their vision, strategy, culture, and critical technology. Throughout her career, she has been recognized nationally for her professional excellence and offers compelling insight in her speaking engagements. Lisa has been described as innovative, a visionary for change, and an asset to industry thought leaders.
